That makes us pretty confident (cocky even, but we promise not to flaunt our awesomeness too much), so we are proud to offer a full guarantee of all of our products against defectiveness.

Refund Policy

In order to qualify for a refund, product must be deemed defective by Digital Delivery Downloads or the respective manufacturer. If found to be in good working order, there will be no refunds since software cannot be reused or resold once product keys have been delivered and the software has been activated. If more than 0.1% of the product has been used, a return is not permissible.
