You’ve got questions. We do too. For instance, why has the guy in Accounting had that persistent cough for like three weeks now? We looked it up online. It could be allergies…or bronchitis…or even pneumonia… but come to think of it, it could also all be explained by the fact that he smokes quite a bit. At any rate, you seem like the curious sort, so with the help of our nifty Eight Ball, we’ve taken the liberty of answering some questions that we think you might be pondering.
- Will I receive a physical product?
No. As our name implies, you will receive a digital download only, not a physical product.
- What if I want the physical license?
The physical license can be furnished for a nominal additional fee that covers the cost of processing and shipping. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.
- How long until I receive my email license?
In this day and age, Identity theft is rampant and a lot of orders on our site are not from the actual card holder. All orders are manually processed and can take 15-36 hours to approve. This is mandatory and any customer overly pushing us to deliver the license faster will have their order canceled. 99% of all impatient buyers that are pushing and warning they will cancel within this 36 hour period have been found out later to have stolen the identity they purchased the item. We do know there will be some false positives but, as policy, anyone who repeatedly emails or warns they will cancel inside this 36 hour period if we do not deliver the license will have their order canceled and monies refunded in full. We thrive on patience and ask all customers to be patient during this 36 hour period.
- How will I download the product? What will I actually receive?
You will receive two emails following payment. The first email will reflect your order information. The second email will contain the activation code with a website link for you to visit for the download. Please do not confuse emails sent from other addresses, like your Bond from Buysafe.com
- What should I do if I don’t receive the emails described above?
Before contacting us, please verify that the emails are not in your spam/junk folder. If you’ve confirmed that you have not received the two emails and it’s been more than one day since you’ve paid for the product(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for your emails to be resent. Emails will be resent during normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM CST.
- I can’t download or activate my product(s). What should I do?
Please read the directions on the download site carefully and follow them exactly. If you’re having difficulty activating the product(s), please verify each character of the activation code (e.g., you could have mistaken the letter “B” for the number “8”, etc). If your problem persists, call the number listed on the download site or the activation screen. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com.
- Can I return the product if not satisfied?
Once the activation code has been emailed, there will not be any refunds issued for any reason other than a defective product. In the event that a product is defective, it can be exchanged for a replacement version of the same product by completing our Return Merchandise Authorization form.
